not to mention this program was created as a cheat for a different RO private server. I have no clue if this could be what people are using, but it sure fits the description quite nicely. what it's meant to do capture movement on your computer screen and reduces it to either 0 or very close to it. eventually i learned of a shady program the program is called grf builder, you open the program and open your sdata with it then you somehow edit it to 0 sprite delay. i did some research on google and searched things like "no character delay on ragnarok online" and "0 CHARACTER SPRITE DELAY".
this kinda pissed me off because obviously it's cheating. he said also said it was an outside program from ro and you dont need to edit your client for it to work so you cant get caught. i told him i knew he was lying and then he told me he couldn't tell me because he didn't want it to "get around" but that he downloaded a program and it effects his SDATA (somehow?), NOT SURE IF IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH HEX CODING BUT FOR SURE SDATA. it just keep hitting and the animation of his professor was like he had kiel + bragi on except he was using heavens drive! I’m friends with this guy, so i pmed him and asked him what the hell equips he uses to make HD so freaking fast! At first he tried to lie and he told me that he was close to the server and that it was your connection that effected it but that's totally bs, saying that if you have a good connection you can spam it really quickly and that people in asian countries are able to do this.
Normally heavens drive hits like hithithit-pause-hithithit-pause but his heavens drive had almost no pause. the other day i was watching my guild mate test his damage on someone and he almost no sprite delay on heavens drive(and other skills too, heavens drive just stands out most cause it has an reducible after cast delay). Long: has anyone noticed people in pvp/woe use skills like heal and heavens drive *THUNDER STORM, DOUBLE STRAFING AT 196 ASPD** usually fast? I’m not sure how long this has been going on, but in the past couple weeks my friends and i sure noticed it.
